Job Summary:

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

? Leads and is accountable for the planning, evaluation, and implementation of product launches, major product reformulations, major qualifications, and international projects;

? Develop detailed project timelines ensuring cross-functional and third party input is captured and projects are delivered on time and on budget;

? Identifies risks and contingencies and communicates progress to key stakeholders;

? Provide status updates on projects on an agreed to schedule and shares key updates and actions via meeting agendas and meeting minutes;

? Identify issues and risks and develop mitigation plans with the cross functional team to resolve project setbacks and obstacles;

? Organize project teams utilizing cross-functional resources;

? Obtain agreement from line management and country representatives on team resource, expectations and performance for team members;

? The incumbent manages project team meetings, prepares agendas, schedules meetings and issues minutes and action items;

? Through the efforts of these teams the scope and timing of the project is determined and completed;

? Identify root causes and corrective actions for project deviations, including facilitating problem resolution between initiators and implementation teams;

? Provide updates on progress to goals to site management for all projects;

Requirements/Preferences:

Education Minimum Requirement - Bachelor Degree

Skills & Competency Requirements:

? 5-10 years of experience preferably Supply Chain, Healthcare, Project Management
